If you receive a stake limit notification or cannot place a bet, please check your limits in your profile.
There are two main types of stake limits:
Single Bet limit limits the amount you can use for one casino spin or one sports bet. For example, if your Single Bet limit is €5, one bet cannot be higher than €5.
Total Bet limit limits the total amount you can bet during a selected time period, such as a day, week, or month. Any bets already placed during that period are counted towards the limit.
To start playing, either a Single Bet limit or a daily Total Bet limit must be set. You can remove the Single Bet limit only if you have set a daily Total Bet limit.
If you lower a limit, the change takes effect immediately. If you increase a limit, the change takes effect after 7 days. Customer Support cannot remove limits or speed up limit changes.
